KILE is committed to empower the labour sector through various capacity building programmes, workshops and seminars in order to provide a better understanding of labour problems and to find various avenues to tackle them. The datas collected from various researches contribute to explore the basic needs of different target groups and this will be used to generate new modules for the training and refreshing the existing ones. TNA will also help to analyze the in-depth need of each category and constant feedback from the participants plays a critical role in revisiting each module.
Educational and training programmes aims to create a conducive industrial environment in the state. The focus of the programme is to improve the skills and knowledge of the workforce, increase productivity and efficiency, and promote cooperation and collaboration between different parties. The capacitation also helps to address specific workforce needs, such as changes in technology or industry trends, and support the development of new skills and career opportunities for workers. Training programmes equally emphasize attitudinal change, skill development and enhancement of knowledge.
The training programmes use an appropriate mix of audio-visual presentation, lectures, group discussions, case studies and behavioral science techniques. We have a pool of eminent faculties to disseminate various subjects including guest faculties to strengthen the training programmes.
