Networking

The Primary objective of the Institute is to provide education, training and research in labour, employment and related subjects, with special reference to Kerala. The institute invites collaboration with other institutions, in India and abroad and who are interested in similar objectives. KILE conducted various workshops and seminars in association with V.V Giri National Labour Institute for labour administration and allied subjects. Several programmes are conducted as a joint venture to connect with the labour sector and to address various issues pertaining to the workforce.
