The main role of the publication wing is to disseminate the relevant knowledge to the stakeholders and the society at large. Quarterly journal, KILE NEWS is published from this wing which includes the updates and news with regard to labour and employment. Along with that seasonal publications are also issued considering the importance of the subject which will be useful for the beneficiaries. The publication wing focus to develop and sustain the brand image of KILE.

Apart from this KILE is continuously striving to achieve its objective to become a national level labour institute which will upgrade the quality of labour and management in the State and outside by improving the efficiency and effectiveness of government functionaries by imparting human management education in the light of latest trends of globalization and market economy.
